If there are comments .that. you are not .able to address, please submit a letter stating why you were not able to make the necessary changes. This letter will be included in the Planning and Zoning Commission packets for their consideration. Timing of Circuit City as'it relates to flooding on Rhett Butler at Harvey. 2. Copy of Circuit City Drainage report. (facilitate meetings with neighbors if necessary for'Mike) Condo project on SWPkwy 1. Check to see if there is a drainage easement on the channel and to see it there needs to be something. added to protect it (even tho' Stewart says he is not planning to use it???) 2. Check for sewer capacity to see if there are .problems. 3. Check to see if we need .easements for fire lines to sprinkler systems. Jon, you were to give fire flows once you see the square footage of the building and the type of construction and site plan. Lance, you and Carl were to check on mail delivery to individual buildings.
