NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College. Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider a conditional use permit request to' allow for a convenience store, gasoline and
service station, and a'cleaners with on site cleaning facilities to be located at Lot 4, Block
1, Melrose Subdivision.
This request will be considered on.Thursday, March l9, 1998 at 7:00 P.M. at the City Hall
Council Chambers at 1101 Texas Avenue South.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

Thin is to notify you of the following conditional use permit request:

Proposed Use: Convenience store, gasoline and service station, and a cleaners
with on site cleaning facilities
The Planning and Zoning Commission will. hold a public hearing to consider the use and
site plan for the subject property on Thursday, March .19,.1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the City
Hall Council Chambers. at 11.01 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
