(98-203) The development review staff reviewed the above mentioned final plat on Tuesday, January 20, 1998 and made the. following comments. The following is a list of ordinance requirements identified by staff. This list does not relieve the applicant of total compliance with all current ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements: _ Show how lots will be served with water. Show any existing. and proposed City of .College Station water system and E.T.J. water system. Label and dimension. the easements along the Harper's Ferry and Mariner's Cove frontage. _ This plat is a minor plat. Remove the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council signature blocks. Modify the City Engineer signature block to include the City Planner. Label and dimension the 40' wide drainage easements referenced in the general notes. _ Submit a new Tax Certificate showing that all delinquent taxes, penalties and interest for the .subject property have been paid. Comments/Concerns: Coordinate electrical service details with Electrical Operations Coordinator Tony Michalsky at (409).. 764-3660. Coordinate telephone service details with GTE Rep. Laverne Akin at (409) 821-4723. SUBMIT THE MYLAR ORIGINAL AND 2 COPIES OF THE REVISED FINAL PLAT TO BE REVIEWED BY STAFF AND .FILED FOR RECORD AT THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE.
