RE: Allen Honda. parking lot expansion.
Staff reviewed the above mentioned site plan for a new parking area to be constructed at the
existing Allen Honda facility at 2450 State Highway 6 South. The following is a list of staff
comments/concerns that. must be addressed prior to further review:
_ Label the existing dumpster location. Is the existing dumpster being relocate?
(There are two dumpster locations shown on the site plan, please clarify.)
_ Add a general note that the new parking area will not be accessible to the public.
(Since employees only are allowed in this area, raised parking islands are not being
required.)
- ®l -Once you have addressed all of the redlined comments, submit the following to continue with the
' development of the subject property:
Completed development permit application;
_.$100 application fee;
Erosion Control Plan; and,
3 copies of the revised .site .plan. (One copy .will be returned to you stamped
approved; however, if you need more than one, provide additional copies to be
stamped and returned.)
Staff is currently reviewing the Drainage Report submitted and will return comments once the
review is complete. If there are comments that you are not able to address, submit a letter
addressing those items to be reviewed by sta. ff.
