VOIk: Partner Direct®r of We are transmitting for PRC final review and approval two (2) sets of the site plan and civil Engineering ' .drainage calculations revised to reflect previous PRC comments and suggestions. The significant changes from the Last PRC submittal, dated August 4, 1998, include: e Detailed plan views of the dumpster pad area .The removal of trees 108, 109, 110, and the 306 s.f. island designed to protect these trees. This increases the total number of new parking spaces #0 97 and reduces the total interior green space to 1254 s.f. Required interior green space is 4164 s.f. ® Drainage calculations and storm, drain pipe sizes have been revised for a runoff coefficient of 0.75 to reflect the anticipated ultimate developed conditions.... Thank you for your assistance in the review of this project.. Please call if we can help expedite the review process in any way. Sincerely, a s C. Ivis, P. Box 9960 1101 Texas Avenue: College Station, Texas 77842 Re: Scott and White Clinic Driveway and Parking Additions James C Alvis, FE Dear Shirley, Partner Director of The attached site plan, site plan application, and application fee for the Scott and White Civil Engineering Driveway and Parking Additions are submitted for PRC review and approval. The new construction associated with this project includes a 23 foot wide drive lined with 95 total parking .spaces to connect the existing Scott and White Clinic and the new Pharmacy building. The new drive and parking will have 49 standard spaces on the south sode and 40 standard spaces and 6 accessible spaces. on the north side and will produce approximately 35,000 s.f. of additional impervious cover.. The existing detention. ponds on the site will require no modifications or additional calculations because the initial pond calculations accounted for future development of the site. This 35,000 s.f. of impervious cover will be deducted from the future impervious cover shown on the site plan. See the January 1993-drainage.-report for the Scott and White Clinic and the July 1997 supplemental drainage report for the Scott and White Pharmacy.
