University Drive East. Staff reviewed the site plan conceptually; however, .there were many items
missing from the plan. Please address the redlined comments on the site plan including the circled
items on the attached checklist. Once all items have been addressed, submit 10 copies of the
revised site plan and the attached redlines by noon on any Wednesday for complete staff review.
If there are redlined comments that you are not able to address, please include a letter explaining
the details to be reviewed by staff.

AFTER REVIEW OF THE ITEM LISTED ABOVE, THE FOLLOWING CONCERNS
WERE NOTED:
GTE HAS EXISTING FACILITIES IN THE 10 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT (SEE
ATTACHMENT). THE DEVELOPER/OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AND
PLACING TWO FOUR INCH CONDUITS FROM THE UTILITY EASEMENT (CLOSEST
POWER POLE) TO THE OUTSIDE BUILDING TERMNATION. THE CONDUIT SHALL
HAVE PULL STRING AND BE CAPPED ON BOTH ENDS. THE CONDUIT SHALL ELL
UP 4 FEET AT THE OUTSIDE BUILDING LOCATION AND 6 INCHES AT THE POWER
POLE. THE OUTSIDE BUILDING TERMINATION SHALL BE WITHIN 20 FEET OF
POWER, IF NOT, THE DEVELOPER/OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AND
PLACING A 8'X5/8" COPPER GROUND ROD AT THE BASE OF THE TERMINATION.
