Also, the "right of way" along. Pebble Creek Drive is actually owned by the City as dedicated parkland. The north end has been closed off to public access by the PC golf course development with signs stating "private property". This is not correct and , in fact, excludes the future linkage with the proposed park to be built on the existing landfill site. This land was deeded to the city as part of the origional agreement with Fitch.
