I've had a question about the cost of parkland, and I really don't. know how to answer it right now! These
people are turning in the preliminary and finale plat right now {a piece of property which has been platted
around} and will be following up with a site plan real quickly. I know we normally get the parkland
dedication before we issue the building permit -but can we get it with site plan submittal?
Also, if the parkland dedication ordinance is approved on 11/12, when will it become effective?
fm asking all these dumb questions because I know a few things-have changed what with Harvey being
here and Connie being more up-to-date with her knowledge of certain legal requirements, and I haven't
kept up-to-date on some of this!
Thanks.
