Item Summary: This property is located in the BTJ just south and adjacent to the Nantucket
development. Nantucket Drive ends at this. property and. will be extended. into this tract forming
cul-de-sacs that will. serve 14 lots.
The Land Use Plan shows the area as medium density single family residential with a density range
of 3 to 6 dwellingunits per acre:.:The proposed development will have roughly one unit'for every 2
acres with lots sizes ranging from 1.4 to 3.1 acres.

Streets: Nantucket Drive will be extended into the subdivision and terminate in a cul-de-
sac named Andover Court. The length of the cul-de-sac is approximately 1400'.

Drainage: .Drainage will be ...provided though roadside ditches which will discharge
