Item: Public hearing and consideration of a master plan and preliminary plat of approximately 7.6
acres divided into 6 commercial lots located at the northeast .corner of Woodcreek Dr. and the SH 6
East By-Pass . (98-323)
`Item Summary: This commercially zoned tract is being divided into 61ots for the development of
an assisted living care facility to be phased over 4'lots in he subdivision. The two remaining lots
with SH 6 frontage will be reserved for future commercial. development.
Joint: access easements are being required to minimize access points on Woodcreek and SH 6. The
primary easement (between Lots 1 and 4) should align with the driveway across Woodcreek if
possible.
Detention facilities will be provided on site.
i Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends .approval contingent upon determination of
appropriate easement locations, and how. drainage will leave the site.
