Please address all staff comments on both plats and submit the following information by 5:00 PM August 4, 1998. _ 10 copies of the revised preliminary plat, _ the mylar original of the revised preliminary plat, If there. are comments that you are not able to address, please submit a letter stating why you were not able, to make the necessary changes. This letter will be included in the Planning and Zoning Commission packets for their consideration. The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 1998 in the City Hall Council Room, 1101 Texas Avenue South.
