(98-318) Item Summary: This master preliminary plaf creates. four lots and one reserve tract. Section 5 will have access from Harris Drive. Section 6 will have access from Harris Drive and Bradley Road. An additional 5' strip of right-of way (0.04 .acres) from Lot 2, Section 6 for Bradley Road will be dedicated per the County's request. Water will be provided by Wellborn Special Utility District.
