I don't think we can ask for more than what our t-fare plan shows. That's all Ed and I talked to them about when we met before. If we talk again and think we need more we can present this to P&Z and CC and talk about how we help pay for it. Shirley Volk 06/09/98 05:26PM Paul is going to be checking on what "to & thru the property" means regarding the water line on this specific tract of land. Is across the SH6 frontage enough or because platting out this property will land lock the property behind it and perhaps it needs to go not only across the frontage, but also along the southern property line back to the parent tract which will be left. Scott is going to be checking on the required width of the r.o.w. for both the north/south and the east/West collectors in this area. The previously approved master plan has expired (I think), and the developer is required to bring in a revised plan since he's making some changes in the layout of the thoroughfares, so Scott is wondering if we can increase the size r.o.w. with this revised plan. Paul will also be required a utility layout master plan with the revised master plan because he needs to see flow the utilities will be addressed once that piece fronting on SH6 is sold off. We have agreed in this meeting that if the revised master plan comes in with enough detail on the TxDOT piece of land, it might (and probably)_ will be o.k. to go straight to Final Plat on the TxDOT lot instead of requiring the revised master plan, then a, preliminary plat and then the final plat. I think this will be o. k. if we get all the infrastructure info we need for the remaining residential development, since this is only going to be one big lot (with a street running along the southern proeprty line).
