Dear Davis:
.Thank you for your recent letter of assurance concerning .access to the City. property

Dear Mr. Beachy,
It has been brought to my attention that the city may need additional access to the public
.park land along Pebble Creek Parkway. At such-time that the city develops the park land,
Pebble Creek will be happy to create an additional opening. Currently, there is access to
the park through an existing opening on Pebble Creek Parkway.
If you need anything else, please let me know.
Sincerely,
Davi M. oung
