This letter is to follow up our telephone conversation on Thursday, January 29, 1998. Since staff
did not .receive the revised Pebble Creek Master Plan on Tuesday, January 27, 1998 as requested,
it will not be scheduled for the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on Thursday, February
5, `1998. As we discussed, the revised Master Plan may be submitted on or before Monday,
February 9, 1998 to be scheduled for the Commission meeting on Thursday, February 19, 1998.
