Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 RE: Willow Run, Phase Three Master Development Plan Staff Review Report dated 1/22/98 Dear Shirley: I have the following comments in response to the list of ordinance requirements listed in the Staff Review Report dated 1122/98 on Willow Run, Phase Three: 1. because these. lots are very large acreage lots, in all cases, we are requesting a variance to the 100' width requirement in Section Ii. l2-C of the ordinance.. 2. The Owner has recognized. the fact that several of the lots. have large ravines crossing them. Presently, much consideration is being given to constructing small earthen embankments and ponds along the ravines.. These amenities will. be privately owned and maintained and will serve as accessways to the rear portion of the lots. 3 . General Note #7 has been revised. 4, The right-of--way widths as shown comply with Gounty~ Standards and verification of this has been made via. telephone with Pahl Iz~:spar. r` 5. -The drainage easements have been labeled. Attached please find a revised copy of the Application Form with the Variance Request information provided. Also attached are thirteen (13}folded revised blueline prints.
