Electric Service Request Form (see attached) fill out and return. Developer is responsible for 20% of the cost of electrical service. Developer installs all conduit per city design and requirements on property, The city will do'an electrical layout showing proposed service to property and provide developer a copy for installation of conduits. Additional easements` maybe necessary to serve property. Developer i responsible#or the installation: of streetlights per city design. Additional 5 ft easements may be necessary between lots to serve lights. Residential standard streetlight is 30 ft mounting height with a 8 ft arm and a 100 watt cobra head fixture.
