TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This amending plat is forthe sole purpose of the owners of LOT 3, BLOCK ONE, SNUG
HARBOR PHASE I to build a fence near the common line of LOT 3 and LOT 4. Upon
pursuing this task it was discovered that the,driveway will come too close to the fence
line. Aftertalking with the owners of LOT 4, they decided to,move the common line over
a few #eet. No other changes have been made, and all owners are in agreement.
The owners are as follows;
