RE: Amending plat of the Graham Victoria Subdivision.
Attached is a copy of the above mentioned amending plat with .staff comments. Staff has
determined that the amending plat does not require review by the Planning and Zoning
.Commission and can be approved at staff level. Please make the changes noted on the attached
drawing. and submit the following information to file the final plat for record at the Brazos County
Courthouse:
_ A revised mylar original of the amending plat with the owner's signature;
_ the attached redlined drawing; and,
_ one copy of the revised amending' plat.
