Attached please find the following items for the above referenced final plat submittal:
1. Thirteen (13) folded blueline prints of final plat
2. Completed Application
3. Two (2) sets of Construction Plans
4. Filing. Fee of $200.00
5. Copy of Paid Tax Certificate from the July 29, submittal of Section 10-A
It is my understanding that this plat will be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, October 15, 1998.

RE: Final Plat of Woodcreek Subdivision Section 10-B.
Staff reviewed the above mentioned final plat and had the following comments:
_ For elect:-ical service, provide a 10' public utility easement along the back
property lines of:
Lots 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Block 34.
_ Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 33.
.. • The padmount transformers will be located along the Woadcreek side of the
property line. For more information, contact Electrical Operations
Coordinator Tony Michalsky at (409) 764-3660.
Attached is a copy of the comments submitted by Laverne Akin with GTE. Please submit the
following information by noon on Monday, October S, 1998 to be scheduled for the next
available Planning and .Zoning. Commission meeting on Thursday, October 15, 1998:
10 copies of the revised final plat; and,
the signed mylar original of the final plat to be filed at the Court House.
The Commission meeting in which this plat will be discussed is scheduled for Thursday, October
15, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 1101 Texas Avenue South.

Dear Bo:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation last week, .please be advised that Ms.
Veronica Morgan, P'.E.; Assistant City Engineer, has directed us to end the proposed
development work for this project at our northeast property line. The Woodcreek Drive
and relevant drainage work are City Participation. items and will not be extended into the
Foxfire subdivision at this time. Ms. Morgan indicated that the work will be completed by
City forces at some future date.
