The revised plat addresses. all of the comments with one exception -the plat boundary is not clear as to whether or not Clayton Lane is a part of this plat. Commission Action Options: The Commission has final authority over the final plat. The options regarding the .final plat are approval as submitted, approval with conditions, or denial.
