Staff reviewed the above mentioned final plat and had the following comments: Provide paid tax certificates for. the subject .property. Remove the signature block of the Planning and Zoning Commission. ® Modify the signature block ofthe City Engineer to include the City Planner. _ The proposed amending plat is :considered a .minor plat and does not require approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Submit the mylar original, one copy of the revised plat and the paid tax certificates to be filed at the Brazos County Clerk's Office.
