Klin J ,/~. ~ RE: Clarification on Hentan-Lincoln Subd~' io~ submittal The development .scheme for Lot ,2, 81ock 1, Qne Lincoln Place and Lots 1, 2 and 3, Henton .Subdivision is as follows: Currently David W. SCarmardo is the owner of ell the abovementioned property. There is an immediate sale to Landry's and a possibility ^f a second sale to a hotel behind the Landry's tract. The replat attempts to create two lots to accommodate these sales. The replat creates a detention lot vvhich is not buildable.. The replat creates a reserve tract which is the remainder of the Scarmardo ownership. The development plans for the reserve tract have not been finalized, A 1 ~" waterline and an 8" sanitary sewer tine have been stubbed out to the reserve tract.
