Jordan Subdivision, Lot 3, Block l final plat.
Attached is a copy of the above mentioned final plat .with staff comments. We are unable to
forward this final plat to the Planning and. Zoning Commission .due to an incomplete submittal.
The construction documents associated with this replat were not submitted.
In order to be placed. on a future Commission meeting agenda, please submit the following
information by noon on an established deadline date:
l0 copies of the revised final plat,
2 sets of complete construction documents for the public infrastructure; and,
_ a corrected final plat application. (See the attached application submitted for review.)
If there are comments that you are raot able to address, please submit a letter stating why you
were not able to make the necessary changes. This letter will be included in the Planning and
Zofditg Commission packets for their consideration.
