natalie, please place the following email in the shenandoah 6 file. I talked with mike mcclure re: impact
fees in shenandoah 6. they DO NOT owe impact fees for phase 6. early on in the design it was
designed to go to the impact fee line. the design was changed during the review of the finai plat and i
forgot to change it on the staff report. vern reminded me that the design was changed. i have called. both
mikemcclure and Haney froehling with this information.
i have cc's on this to remind those that impact fees MAY be due on phases 7-10 so dont forget to check
on each individual phase. bottom. line if it sewers to oakgrove-cypress meadow it is not in the impact fee
area, if it sewers to thee. existing shenandoah it is in the impact fee area.

Re: Shenandoah Subdivision, Phase b
Dear Natalie:
The. construction of~Shenandoah Subdivision,. Phase 6 is nearing completion and
the developers, Ed and Nancy Froehling, would like to post a Letter of Credit for the
remaining work so they can begin obtaining. building: permits. I have worked. with Bob
Mosley and Vern Wright to develop the attached list of items in the subdivision that are
not completed. With their- help I have also estimated a value: of $21,730.00 for that work.
The. crew fromthe City's Wastewater Division has notyet performed the
television inspection of-thee sewer system. According: to Mr. Mosley, that inspection
should be completed in approximately two weeks.. To prevent unnecessary delays to the
developer, Mr: Mosley indicated that: he would allow the plat to be filed and building
permits issued with the understanding that no sewer connections would be made until the
inspection was performed. That: is an acceptable condition as long as the inspection can
be performed in approximately two weeks.
Mr. or Mrs.. Froehling. will bring the Letter of Credit. by your. office soon. We
request that the plat be filed as quickly as possible after that. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Kent Laza, P.E.
