StatF reviewed the above mentioned final plat and had the following comments: Remove the City Council signature block. _ Revise the City Engineer signature block to include "Veronica Morgan, Assistant City Engineer" in place of Mark Smith. ® Submit a letter stating who will provide water service to the subject property. Please address the comments above and submit the following information by noon on Tuesday, June 23, 1998: ® 10 copies of the revised final plat; and, the revised mylar original. The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 1998 in the City Hall Council Room, 1101 Texas Avenue South. Add a .general note that no private sewage facility maybe installed on any lot in this subdivision without the issuance of a license by the Brazos County Health Unit under the provisions of he private facility regulations adopted by the Commissioners Court of Brazos County, pursuant to the provisions of Section 21.004 of the Texas Water Code.
