Staff reviewed the above mentioned final plat and made the following comments: _ Submit the final :plat approval letter from the Brazos County Commissioner's Court prior to filing the plat for record. o Enlarge the appropriate section of the vicinity map so that the property is easily identified. (It is difficult given the small text and scale of the vicinity map to locate the subject property.) ®Modify note #1 to specify what "public water supply" will service the property. ®Clearly label the 100 year floodplain. (It might also be easier to read if you change the line type of the 100 year floodplain -see the approved preliminary plat.) Please address the above mentioned concerns and submit the following information by 5:00 p.m: on Friday, May 22,1998: Revised mylar original signed by the property owner. _ Ten folded copies of the revised final plat. _ The mylar original of the approved preliminary plat. The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 1998 in the City Hall Council Room, 1.101 Texas Avenue. South.
