when the final plat comes in next week or whenever (before next Thurs.) it will show the entire property
but only Phase One, lot 1 block 1 will be within a bold line. The new line between the lot to be final
platted and the rema.inder will be described and there will be dimensions along the sides to this new line.
They will not rewrite a metes and bounds descrition for the phase one lot. The document will look the
same when they final plat Phase 2 lot 2, block 1 except the title block will change and the bold line will
move. Is this clear as mud??? If not, just holler at me when the plat comes in and I'll look at it. I have a
picture burned in my brain.
