AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING CERTAIN TERRITORY ADJOINING THE CITY LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLi,1JGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS,. the -City Council has held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P. M.
on February 22, 1971 on the question of receiving certain territory into the city limits;
AND,. WHEREAS, the City Council has heard all parties pertaining thereto,
has determined the following:
Upon compliance with Article II, Section 7, of the City Charter and applicable
laws of'the State of Texas, the following territory shall be incorporated within the city limits:
TRACT NO. 71-1
BEGINNING at the corner of the present City of College Station corporate
limits, said corner being further described as bearing North 45° East a
distance of 619.5'feet from the most easterly corner of L,ot 97 of the
Beverly Estates Addition to the City of Bryan;
