The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, September 10, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room located at .1101 !~I Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas. All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this request.
