NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a rezoning request of the
following property:
Subject Property Approximately 11.46 acres located 1/2 mile south of the Greens
Prairie Road and Hwy 6 intersection, on the west side of the Hwy
6 service road.
(See attached location map.)
Proposed Zoning: From A-O Agricultural. Open to
C-l General Commercial
The-Planning and Zoning Commission will hold. a public hearing on Thursday, July 16, 1998 at
7:00 p.m. to consider the rezoning request. The. City Council will also hold a public hearing to
consider the rezoning request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, August 13,
1998 at 7:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101
Texas Avenue South, College Station, .Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 20Q feet of the subject property
have received notification of this request.
