NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a
rezoning request for approximately 18.78 acres located approximately 150 feet south of St.
Andrews and Royal Adelade Drive, Pebble Creek Phase 8 Subdivision, from A-O Agricultural
Open to R-1 Single Family Residential. Applicant is Pebble Creek Development
The hearing will be held in the Council Room- of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas
Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting. of the Commission on Thursday, July 2, 1998.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours before

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a rezoning request of the
following property:
Subject Property Approximately 18.78 acres located approximately 150-feet south
of St. Andrews and Royal Adelade Drive in Pebble Creek.
Applicant is Pebble Creek Development.

Proposed Zoning From A-0 Agricultural Open to
R-1 Single Family Residential
The Planning and Zoning Commission willhold a public hearing on Thursday, July 2, 1998 at
7:00 p.m. to consider the rezoning request. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to
consider the rezoning request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, .Iuly 23,
1998 at 7:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101
Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All owners. of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property
have received notification of this request.
