BOSWELL PORTER AND ROBERT P. WOOD TO JAMES D. INGRAM III BY DEED DATED JUNE 9, 1980 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 543, PAGE i 51 OF .THE OFFICIAL. DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: The subject 87.88:8 acre tract described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit "A" and shown graphically in Exhibit "B" is rezoned from A-O Agricultural Open to R-1 Single Family Residential. A notice of the time and place,. where and when said ordinance would be given a .public hearing and considered for final passage, was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of Bryan and College Station, said publication being on Wednesday, May 13, 1998, the same being at least fifteen (15) days prior to a public hearing to be held in the Council Room of the City Hall in .College Station, Texas, at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 28, 1998, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance. Wood to James D. Ingram III by deed .dated June 9, 1980 and recorded in Volume 543, Page 151 of the Deed Records (B.C.D.R.)ofBrazosCoumy, Texas and more particularlydescnbed by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING: at a 1/2-inch iron rod found. for the most northerly corner of the said 88.00 acre Ingram tract, said corner also being the most westerly cornerof Shenandoah, Phase Four Subdivision as .recorded in Volume 2807, Page 151 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas (O.RB.C.)and being in the southeast right-of--way line of Barron Road; THENCE: S 44°33' 24" E for a distance of3379.57 feet (Record Call S 44° 40' 30" E - 3382.42 feet) to a 1/2-inch iron rod found for corner, said iron rod also marking the most southerly comer of the E. Boswell Porter and Robert P. Wood tract. as recorded in Volume 929, Page216 (O.RB.C;) and also being in the northwest Iine of the Timothy J. Crowley 519.23 acre tract as recorded in Volume 1415, Page 74 (O.RB.C.); . THENCE: S 46° 2T 23" W along the common line of the said Crowley tract for a distance of 1137.10 feet (Record Call S 46° 15' 42" W -1136.9:5 feet) to a 1/2-inch iron rod found for corner, said. iron rode also marking the .most easterly. corner of the Charles Elmo Ferguson and Anna McClellan Ferguson 50 acre tract as recorded in Volumes 304, Page 182 and Volume 287, Page 1.52 (B.C.D.R); THENCE: N 44° 33' 16" W along said Ferguson tract for a distance of 335556 feet (Record Call N 4-4° 40' 30° W - 3361.72 feet) to a 1/2 iron rod found for corner in the beforesaid Barron Road right-of--way line; THENCE:.
