HomeMy WebLinkAboutField NotesFIELD NOTES 87.888 ACRES Being all that certain tract ar parcel of land lying.. and. being situated in the ROBERT STEVENSON LEAGUE, Abstract No. 54, College Station, Brazos County, Texas. and being all of that tract called 88.00 acres of land conveyed from E. Boswell Porter and Robert P. Wood to. James D. Ingram III by deed dated June 9, 1980 and .recorded in Volume 543, Page 151 of the Deed Records (B.C.D.R.}of Brazos County, Texas and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING: at a 1/2-inch iron rod found for the most northerly corner of the said 88.00 acre Ingram tract, said corner also being the most westerly corner of Shenandoah, Phase Four Subdivision as recorded in Volume. 2807,.. Page 151 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas (O.R.B.C.}and being in the southeast right-of-way line of Barron Road; THENCE: S 44° 33' 24" E for a distance of 3379.57 feet (Record Call S 44° 40' 30" E - 3382.42 feet) to a 112-inch iron rod found for corner, .said iron rod also marking the most southerly corner of the E. Boswell Porter and Robert P. Wood tract as recorded in Volume 929, Page 216 (O.R.B.C.) and also 'being in the .northwest line of the Timothy J. Crowley 519.23 acre tract as recorded in Volume 1415, Page 74 (O.R.B,C.); . THENCE: S 46° 2T 23" W along the common line of the said Crowley tract for a distance of 1137.10 feet (Record Call S 46° 15' 42" W - 1136.95 feet) to a l/2-inch iron rod found for corner, said iron rod also marking the most easterly corner of the Charles Elmo Ferguson and Anna McClellan Ferguson 50 acre tract as recorded in Volumes 304, Page 182 and Volume 287, Page 152 THENCE: N 44° 33' I6" W along said Ferguson tract for a distance of 3355.56 feet (Record Call N 44° 40' 30" W - 3361.72 feet) to a U2 iron rod found for corner in the beforesaid Barron Road right-of--way line; THENCE: N 45° i 4' 4$" E along said Barron Road line for a distance of 1136.78 feet (Record Call N 45° 13' 06" E -1136.78 feet) to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 87.888 acres of land, more or less.
