Attached is a redlined copy of the final plat for Edelweiss Estates Phase 13. Please address the
redlined comments and. submit the mylar original, 10 copies and the attached final plat by noon
Monday, April 6, 1998 to be included on the April 16, 1998 Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting. The Commission meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Room at
1101 Texas Avenue South.
If there are redlined comments that you are not able to address, please include a letter explaining
the details to be included in the Commission packets.
The covenants and restrictions referenced in general note #3 will be required prior to filing. the
