Owners are Lick Creek Development and Lick Creek Farm & Ranch, Inc. The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday, February 5, 1998. Robert Stevenson Survey Abstract 54. Owner of the property is Lick Creek Development and Lick Creek Farm & Ranch, Inc. (See attached location map.) Proposed Zoning: From A-O Agricultural Open to C-3 Planned Commercial (1.5 acres) and R-l Single Family Residential (13.2 acres) The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 5, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the rezoning request. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, February 26,1998 at 7:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas. All oWners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification ofthis request.
