Existing A-O Agricultural Open District:

PURPOSE: This district includes lands within
the corporate limits of the City which are not
subdivided and are relatively undeveloped. It

Section 5 above. This district is designed to
promote orderly, timely, economical growth
and to recognize current conditions. It is a
reserved area in which the future growth of

SUBJECT: Westfield Final Plat and Master Development Plan
This subject is back up for processing through P&Z and Council. The developer
has indicated to me that the Master Development Plan addresses all the
concerns listed by staff and considered by Council, so now he wants us to
process the final plat. Please review it quickly so we can include it on the P&Z
agenda for the meeting on April 16. The staff reports are due the week before
that, so we really need your comments back quickly. Thanks.
