Owners are Lick Creek Development and Lick Creek Farm & Ranch, Inc. The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday, February 12, 1998. Owner of the property is Lick Creek Development and Lick Creek Farm & Ranch, Inc. (See attached location map.) From A-O Agricultural Open to R-l Single Family Residential The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 15, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the rezoning request. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, February 12,1998 at 7:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas. Subject Property: Proposed Zoning: All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this request.
