NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a rezoning request for
approximately 37 acres located along the south side of Graham Road at the proposed extension of
Victoria Avenue, the Westfield Addition, from A-O Agricultural Open to R-l Single Family
Residential. Owners are Lick Creek Development and Lick Creek Farm & Ranch, Inc.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas
Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday, February 12, 1998.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours before

The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a
rezoning request for approximately 37 acres located .along the south side of Graham Road at the
proposed extension of Victoria Avenue, the Westfield Addition, from A-O Agricultural Open to
R-l Single Family Residential. Owners are Lick Creek Development and Lick Creek Farm &
Ranch, Inc.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas

NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a rezoning request of the
following property:
Approximately 37 acres located along the south side of Graham
Road at the proposed extension of Victoria Avenue. Owner of the
property is Lick Creek Development and Lick Creek Farm &
Ranch, Inc.

From A-O Agricultural Open to
R-l Single Family Residential
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 15, 1998
at 7:00 p.m. to consider the rezoning request. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to
consider the rezoning request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, February
12,1998 at 7:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101
Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.

have received notification of this request.
