Per your request, we offer the following statements regarding the drainage impact. of the above
mentioned locker room addition:
We have reviewed the impact of the proposed locker room addition on the existing drainage system
and have calculated an extremely conservative increase in runoff of 0.70 cubic feet per second. In
our opinion, this net increase will have a negligible impact on the existing drainage systems.
We hope this answers your concerns regarding this addition. Please call us if we can be of further

The following are typical standards for Plan Development established by Ordinance or Policy:

10. Locations of dumpsters shall be .such that dumpsters are not visible from streets. Gates are discouraged

17. All plans must include irrigation systems for landscaping. Irrigation meters are separate from the regular water
