Good Morning! Wanted to bring you up to date on your project regarding the landscaping. We have an
approved`landscape plan which was submitted and approved with the site plan at the. beginning of the
project.: This week someone, and 'L think it was Gary Draper, came in to talk about the landscaping with
Sabine and 1. He said they were not going to use the plan originally approved, but would be using the
"most recently submitted plan". Neither Sabine nor l had seen a new plan. We looked all over for a plan
but no one had seen one, so we told him to get us a copy and we would review it.
Well, yesterday a plan showed up on my desk. 1 don't know where it came from, but l took it to the staff
to review. We found there is no legend showing sizes.orpointsor much of anything. It's a drawing that
shows "live oak", "crepe myrtle", "annuals", "clara hawthorne", "jasmine", etc -.locations, but nothing to
review to determine if it can be approved:+.
f
I tried both morning and late afternoon to get in touch with Mr. Draper, left word with his wife and also at
the church office, but sa far haven't had response. The message I left at the office was that the plan that
Hitt's Landscape drew is-not complete enough for us to review, and that someone should please contact
either me or Sabine McCully to visit about what. will be required to complete the plan.
So far, t haven't heard anything this a.m,
Also, the. onlyfinal inspectionthat has been done on the remaining parts of the building to be completed
is, a plumbing final inspection; so all the rest will need to be called for and completed before the C.O. is
issued. Also, the landscaping issues will need to be resolved -the new plan approved and a decision
made as to whether it will-all. be planted for at least on site) by C.O. day, or financially guaranteed.
The parade permit has been approved, the special event permit is "still out there somewhere getting
signatures" and someone needs to come get a tent. permit (according to building .personnel).
If 1 hear anything else;l'll {et you know.
