BE IT ORDAINED BY THE` CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City .Council held_a public hearing in the City .Hall at 7:00 ['.M.Ion
Thursday, May 13, 1982 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the. city
limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the. City Council determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of the .following tract of land, Tying and
being situated in the Morgan Rector League in College Station, Brazos County,..
Texas and comprising 3 tracts of land conveyed to Leeland Strack and loia t~_.
Strack by Glynn A. Williams, L. E. Winder, C. W. King, Earl M. Lunch, and B_B.
Scasta by deed recorded in Vo ume 276, page 547 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas and being more fully described by metes and bounds as foliows:
Being a 8.97 acre tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated
in the Morgan Rector League, Abstract 46, Brazos County ,'Texas and comprising
3 tracts of land conveyed to Leeland Strack and {ola M. Strack by Glynn A. fntiliiams,
L.-E.. Winder, C. W. King, Earl M. Lunch, and B. B. Scasta by deed recorded in
Volume 276, page 547 of. the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas and' being, more
particularly described. by metes and .bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the east corner of a 2.99 acre tract described as First Tract
in the aforementioned deed, same lying on the northwest right-of-way line of
Krenek-Tap.. Road;
THENCE N 44°53'20"W along the northeast line of. the aforesa%d First Tract
for a distance of 756.45 feet to an iron rod found marking the north corner of
said First Tract;
THENCE S 44034'46"~Jalong the northwest line of said First Tract, for a dis°
tance of 172.57 feet to,an'iron rod found marking the west corner of said: First
Tract same being the north corner of the'Second Tract;
THENCE S 44°38°29".W along the northwest line of the Second Tract fQr a
distance of 172.70 feet to an iron rbd found marking tfie west corner of t.he.S:econd
Tract., same being the north corner of the Third Tract.;
THENCE S 44°46'40" W along the northwest line of .the Third Tract for a distance
of 173.04 feet to an iron rod found marking the west corner of the Third Tract;
THENCE S 44°53'44" E along the southwest line`of the said Third Tract for
a distance of 752.42 feet to an iron rod set at the south corner of the said
Third Tract, same lying on the northwest right-of-way line of Krenek-Tap Road;:

TOWNHOUSE-ROWHOUSE DISTRICT R-3
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City. Council held a public hearing ~in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M, on Thursday,
March 11, 1982 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the .city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the .following:
