Provide a legend containing minimum, maximum and .average domestic water demands ® (gallons per minute), irrigation .water. demands (gallons per minute), and sewer demands (gallons per day) for the new addition or the total site. How. is the site being serviced in terms of garbage pickup? Staff suggested the location of ® a future`dumpster location to include a 12' x 12' pad site with appropriate screening from the publicrights-of--way. Where will the new catch basin be located? If the existing termination needs ® to be relocated due to the addition/remodeling, it will be at the owner's. expense. Sheet SD-2 indicates an existing 1 1/2" underground conduit to telephone company box; however, the conduit shows g®ing to the addition not to the existing building... (97-706) A Project Review Committee meeting was held Wednesday, June 18, 1997 to discuss the above mentioned parking lot plan. .Commissioner Garner moved to approve the site plan with the following ordinance requirements and. comments. The following is a list of ordinance requirements and comments identified by the Project Review Committee. This list does not relieve the applicant of total compliance with all current ordinance requirements. Ordinance. THE MEETING :WILL BE HELD AT 7:00 P.M. ,IN THE: COLLEGE :STATION CONFERENCE CENTER AT 1300 .GEORGE BUSH DRIVE. APPEAL PROCESS. An applicant may appeal the decision. of the_Project Review Committee to the Planning and Zoning Commission within five days after the PRC .Committee meeting. Failure to appeal the PRC action shall constitute a contractual. acceptance of all conditions imposed,-.and- a waiver and urrender of all complaints, defects, or potential invalidity, whether under state or federal law. An applicant appealing the decision of the PRC shall file. ten copies of the final site plan as approved by the PRC, showing all changes and requirements imposed bythe PRC, and accompanied by a written explanation of those items being appealed. Until said copies are on file, no fixrther development approval shall occur, and no further-action by the Commission shall take place: An applicant may appeal only certain. aspects of site _;plan review, and in the absence of discretionary review by the Commission, ;or review pursuant to a petition, all other aspects of the site plan shall be final .Any notice of appeal shall state with particularity the aspects which are to be appealed.
