NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning. and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider a conditional use permit request for the use only of a church with day care
facilities to be located on the northwest corner of Venture & Lakeway Drive.
This request will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
March 20, 1997 at 7:00 P.M. in the City. Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas
Avenue South in College Station.
Any request for sign interpretive. services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

RE: Proposed church to be located at the corner of Venture & Lakeway Drive.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting
a conditional use permit for the use only of the following property:
Applicant: Trinity Presbyterian Church
Subject Property 8.5 acres generally located on the northwest corner of
Venture & Lakeway Drive across from Pebble Creek
Elementary School.
(See enclosed map.)
Proposed Use: Church with day care facilities.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public .hearing to consider the above
mentioned request on Thursday, March 20, 1997 at 7:00 P.M. m the City. Hall Council
Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
