Subject: CS Vehicle Maintenance 131dg Addition
Mark,1've been trying to figure out who to contact to talk about the pavement which. still needs to be
replaced before a C.O. can be issued at the addition to the maintenance building, and all leads point to
you! So I'm contacting you to (1 )find out the schedule for replacing the pavement and (2)to see if there
is anything I can helpyou, with and (3)remind you that since that pavement is part of the approved site
plan (I think, since it's really drawn kinds "funny"), it .needs to be complete before the C.O. can be issued.
Final inspections were beginning to be called in and that's what triggered my contact with the "project
manager", and in tracking down that person, l found that there have. been some interior changes planned
which we didn't know about which must be completed before a C.O. is issued, so my contact. may be
premature+.
Anyway, if you're not the p.m., please let me know who is and I'll work with them in the future. Thanks.

Subject: Addition to Fleet building
Mark, the contractor-has brought in some plans for this building because he wants. to get a building
permit and .get started on the project. The problem is that not one item which was either redlined or
questioned on the first reviewwe made of this proposal back in December has been addressed on the
plans the contractor has submitted for a building permit! Not even the one rather simple. question the
building .plans checker and Tony M. had regarding location of service to the building! How do you want
to proceed? Should we return the -plans to someone? Who? We sent back the staff review report to
both you and ArkiTex Studio in December, but somehow`the contractor got plans which had not been
revised to address our review. Please advise as to how to handle this. Thanks. P.S. That's what I left a
phone message for you about this rooming.
