_ What is the dimension between the new parking row near College Avenue and the existing
parking row on the adjacent John. Cecil Culpepper property? Does it meet minimum
circulation. aisle requirements? Add the dimension.
_ The dumpster .location is not accessible to the sanitation vehicles. Work with staff to
determine an accessible location.
Detail #1, Concrete Curb & Gutter, is incorrect. The curb and gutter section must total

Detail #2, Reinforced Concrete Pavement -the ordinance requires #4 bars on 18" centers.
Change key note #13 to key note #19.

The motion to approve the. parking of plan with the above mentioned conditions was seconded by
Member Sopasakis which passed unopposed- (6 - 0).

ATTACHED TO CONTINUE WITH PHASE II OF THE BUII.DING PERMIT PROCESS.

restaurant to be 1located in the. Northgate zoning district, previously Mr. Gatti's
restaurant. {97-432)
A Northgate Revitalization Board subcommittee meeting was.. held Wednesday, November 5,
1997 to discuss thabove mentioned parking lot plan. Member Anderson moved to approve the
site plan with the' following. conditions: {The following is a list of ordinance requirements and
comments identified by the PRC. This list does not relieve he applicant of total compliance with
all current ordinance requirements.)

_ Proposed signage must. be submitted, reviewed and approved by the NRB prior to
permitting... (The sgnage _is being. reviewed separately from the site. plan.) There is an
existing variance to use the two freestanding sign poles.
_ Staff is concerned with the potential conflict of the. existing driveway opening and new
parking lot island. The NRB discussed the possibility of eliminating a few parking spaces
and reconfigure and include a raised island. in this. area to remove the conflict.

SUBJECT: Sign. Package - Schlotzsky's Deli at 107 South College Avenue; proposed sign
package for a free standing and attached signage for the new restaurant currently
under .construction in the Northgate zoning district,. previously Mr. Gatti's
restaurant. (97-432)
A Northgate Revitalization Board subcommittee meeting was held Wednesday, January 28, 1998
to discuss the above mentioned proposal. After a site visit, the Board determined that the height
of the proposed freestanding sign is acceptable. Chairman Gribou moved to approve the sign
package as proposed. NRB Member Sopasakis seconded the motion which passed unopposed
(6 - 0).
