A public hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission for both site plan and use is required for Project Plan
Approval in a C-N Zoning District.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. .Meet deadline for filing application which is at least 22 days prior to a Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting. Regular meetings are held the first and third Thursdays of each month.
2. Completed application and receipt for filing fee in the amount of $150.00.
3. Sixteen (16) folded copies of site plan which include requirements for site plan proposals as listed on
attached sheet. This site plan will be reviewed by the Protect Review Committee (PRC) after which thirteen
(13) revised copies of the site .plan will be required.
