Great. I think we still need a container pad and fence noted on the plan. If
we decide to go with a small commercial can on wheels, great. However, we
will have the pad noted for growth. Make sense?

it also does not look like they are proposing an actual dumpster pad, merely a
part of a raised, landscaped island. i think they are proposing a residential
dumpster, and not an fel. i made the notes that they need a 12X12 dumpster
pad angled with the fence opened to the. west, and. that it needs to be a
6-yard. if they want to argue they only need a residential dumpster, i will
have them get with you.
how does that sound to you?

Parking Lot Plan - Stylecraft Office. (97-401): I like the container location.
However I noticed the pad is 10 x 12. I need 12 x 12. Other than that, no
problem.
Preliminary Plat -.Brazos. Village '.Sect ion II (97-304): No problem.
Final Plat - Brazos Village Subdivision (97-207): No problem.
