Ordinance Requirements:

Comments/Concerns:
_~ Staff is .currently working with the. applicant and Tom Wilson to coordinate the possibility
of a shared access easement on Barron Road.
The final .plat submitted of lot 1 is a minor plat and can be approved at staff level;
however, it will not be formally filed or processed until the Planning and Zoning
Commission approves the preliminary plat.

G.T.E. has existing copper and. fiber. facilities along the Highway 6 Frontage Road.
