SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat -Callaway Subdivision; proposed subdivision totaling 3.5 acres
divided into one multi family zoned lot on the southwest corner of Marion Pugh
and George Bush Drive. (97-313)
A Project Review Committee meeting was held on Wednesday,. July 30, 1997 to discuss the
above mentioned conditional use permit request. The following is a list of ordinance
requirements identified by the Project Review .Committee. This list does not relieve the
applicant of total compliance with all current ordinance requirements.
Ordinance Requirements:
Site Plan Related.•
How do you plan to get sewer to the subject property?
Provide a metes and bounds description of the property.
_ The waterlines shown along Olsen Drive belong to Texas A&M University. Water must
be extended along Goerge Bush Drive from an existing City of College Station line to
service the property. Show this extension on the preliminary plat. (Clearly designate
TAMU water lines.)
_ Complete the "SiteBenchmark" general note.
_ The developer will be required to analyze .the channel to determine the elevation of the
floodplain for the final plat.
Verify that. the right-of--way line shown along Marion Pugh Drive is correct.

_ Staff had questions concerning the property along Marion Pugh Drive and the .volleyball
sand pit. The notes state."apparently".
_ The front setback variance. request on the application must be granted. by the Zoning
Board of Adjustment... Coordinate. application submittal and scheduling with Development
Coordinator Shirley Volk at (409) 764-3570.
_ Parkland dedication requirements must be addressed with the site plan Fee will be
collected prior to the issuance of a building permit.
