This piece of property was leftover after the Treehouse Village Apartments were built. Policy Issue Statement: Civic. Multiple six inch water lines are located adjacent to the property as well as an 18 inch water line located on the east side of MarionPugh. Sewer:. Sanitary sewer service will. have to be extended to the property by the developer. In order to extend .sewer service to this property, a .private lift station will need to be installed. Forthis reason, the developer has submitted a request to connect to the Texas A&M .University (TAMU) sewer system which would allow for gravity .sewer. Currently the City and TAMU are discussing the feasibility of this option. The developer will be responsible for all costs associated with this request. Streets: No new streets are proposed with this preliminary plat.. Off-Site Easements: The developer maybe responsible for obtaining an off-site utility easement for the above mentioned sewer line. Sidewalks: The need for sidewalks will be determinedatthe time of site plan review. Drainage: The detention requirements for this property will be reviewed when development is proposed.. Flood Plain: According to FEMA Flood Hazard Maps, this .property is not located within the 100-year flood plain.
